1.Our Services: 1.1. We specialise in custom camper-van conversions. Whether you want an upgrade or a total transformation, we'll work closely with you to understand your vision. 1.2. Please note that our work is tailor-made, so changes to the initial plan are sometimes necessary. We’ll always chat with you and get your green light before making any changes that affect the cost or timeline.
Let’s Talk Money: 2.1. You will be required to pay 50% of the estimated cost upfront, and the remaining 50% when your camper-van is ready for adventures. 2.2. We trust you’re as committed as we are! If for any reason you can't go ahead with the payment on completion, we'll have to take the necessary steps to recover the funds, including legal action.
Materials & Equipment: 3.1. We’ll use top-quality materials and equipment for your camper-van. We stick to what’s agreed, but if your project needs something extra, we’ll let you know about any additional costs.
Time is of the Essence: 4.1. We value your time. While we strive to meet deadlines, custom work can be unpredictable. Sometimes it takes a bit longer to get things just right, especially if additional tasks are needed. But don’t worry, we’ll keep you in the loop.
Warranty: 5.1. We stand by our work! Our conversions come with a 3-year limited warranty against defects in workmanship. 5.2. It’s your ride, so please take care of it! The warranty doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or issues due to misuse or neglect.
Legal Duties: 6.1. Just a heads up, you’ll need to make sure you’re complying with all the legal stuff like registration, taxes, permits, and certifications. That’s on you, but if you need guidance, we’re here to help.
Adventure Responsibly: 7.1. Traveling and camping are adventurous and come with their fair share of risks. We want you to stay safe and enjoy your journeys. Remember, we’re your camper-van conversion experts, not travel agents. So, planning your trips and taking on the risks of your adventures are part of your own epic story.
Limitation of Liability : 8.1. We’re responsible for giving you an amazing camper-van conversion. Any other claims, losses, or damages outside of what’s covered in the warranty aren’t our responsibility.
